When completing your deal or closing your data room, you may want to extract a copy of the data and additional material from within the data room. We have various options available, including optional extras like an audit trail, site index and more.
Digital
Cost: £50 for up to 1GB (Additional £50 per GB)
You’ll be sent a .zip folder, containing all requested files & folders, using our secure digital delivery service safedrop. We can send a copy of this bible to up to 5 recipients.
Digital (with Comfort Letter)
Cost: £100 for up to 1GB (Additional £50 per GB)
One concern when requesting bibles is that the files are authentic and have not been tampered with. With this option, the data is downloaded as a .zip file, with the file’s SHA256 hash ID being calculated. This is then included in a signed comfort letter, so you can be ‘comfortable’ that the data is verified.
Basic USB
Cost: £100 each for up to 1GB (Additional £50 per GB), delivery is not included.
Your data room will be added as an encrypted .zip folder on the USBs. We do this by compressing your data and apply a strong 20 character password, which is sent separately from the USBs to a nominated recipient via safedrop (our secure online delivery service). We recommend using a reliable unarchiving solution for .zip folders, such as WinRAR for Windows, to prevent any issues when accessing the files.
Keypad USB (with Comfort Letter)
Cost: £150 for up to 1GB (Additional £50 per GB), delivery is not included.
We’ll provide you with keypad encrypted USBs, which are platform independent. Encryption is automatically offered and protects documents during delivery. We send the passphrase separately from the USBs to a nominated recipient via safedrop (our secure online delivery service).
