To guarantee data is kept secure we use keypad encrypted USBs from iStorage whenever we courier client data (i.e. upon deal completion). They offer the very best protection for securely delivering sensitive data, whilst remaining easy for you to use so you can access the contents.

How do they protect data?
To access a datashur USB you require a user/admin PIN. If 10 consecutive incorrect PIN entries are entered the brute force mechanism will completely reset the drive.
We also use the built in write-protect (read-only mode) that stops people adding or removing content. This way we guarantee everything is accurate, which is often a requirement when deals close and an archive is provided.
